High School OWL Counselors

Being a counselor at OWL isn’t just one job—it’s all the jobs. At any moment, you might be:
-
A mentor cheering someone on
-
An instructor sharing what you know
-
A coach pushing through challenges
-
A caretaker making sure everyone’s okay
-
A supervisor keeping things safe
-
Or even an outdoor scientist exploring the world around you
HSOCs are the glue of OWL. The role models the 6th graders look up to. The ones who make the whole experience possible. But here’s the secret: counselors often get even more out of OWL than the 6th graders!
You’ll walk away with: Leadership skills that last a lifetime, memories that stick forever, and, for many, a life-changing spark that shapes the path ahead
OWL wouldn’t be the same without its counselors. And you might not be the same after OWL, either.
