1. The lessons will be a lot longer, middle schoolers may take more time and patience to get the lessons done. As well, we were on more of a timeline and talked more about how to do the lesson than taking the time to complete them. 2. Our team's greatest positivity. We always seem to put our best foot forward and make sure every experience good or bad has a positive spin on it which will be crucial when working with middle schoolers. Our weakness would be communication/direction. We need to work on communicating with each other explicitly and proactively to avoid situations we don't want to be in. 3. Deniz is very punctual and efficient. Rhiannon is very accommodating and can play a lot of different roles. Rylee works very hard and completes every task well. Sean offers a lot of creative ideas and insights.
